Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service in any manner, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Siege Coach is a match tracking and performance analytics application designed for players of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. The Service enables users to record and review match data, analyse round-by-round performance, manage loadout configurations, and receive coaching insights derived from their match history. The Service is intended to support individual skill development and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ubisoft.

3. User Accounts

Access to the Service requires authentication via Discord OAuth. By connecting your Discord account, you authorise us to receive your Discord profile information as described in our Privacy Policy. Each user is permitted one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account credentials, and you accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share your account with any other person, create multiple accounts, or use automated means to access the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the match data, loadout configurations, and other content (“User Content”) that you submit to the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and that you have all rights necessary to grant the licence described above. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, transmit, or store data generated by or in conjunction with cheating tools, aimbots, or other software that violates the terms of service of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege or Ubisoft
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service by automated means without our express written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Circumvent any security or authentication measures implemented by the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time using the account deletion feature available within the Service. Upon initiating account deletion, your account will enter a grace period of seven (7) calendar days during which your account and associated data are retained and your access is suspended. You may restore your account by logging in again during the grace period.

After the grace period expires, your account and all associated personal data, including match history and loadout configurations, will be permanently and irrevocably deleted. We are not able to recover deleted data after this point.

7. Intellectual Property

The Siege Coach name, branding, design, and all related materials are the exclusive property of Siege Coach. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Siege Coach name, logo, or other branding for any purpose without our prior written consent.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege and related trademarks, characters, and intellectual property are the property of Ubisoft Entertainment SA. Siege Coach is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We make no representations or guarantees regarding improvement in your gameplay performance as a result of using the Service. The coaching insights and analytics provided are derived from your own data and are offered for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIEGE COACH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of these Terms and, where feasible, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Siege Coach operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
